Hmmm - too big a monitor or too small a house???? Problems, problems...

Congrats to a great (in double sense) find, GW!

Thank you guys!
I was almost afraid to do a post on this because I didn't want to sound like I was gloating but, I wanted to let everyone know what a nice monitor the LCD flat screen TV's make, in case anyone was thinking of trying it. My earlier experience with using a TV for a monitor was a disaster, to say the least. Just a thought if your thinking of replacing an old monitor, the price has really dropped on the 32" class HDTV's and as a PC monitor, would be well worth it!

GW, so how far back from the monitor do you have to sit...I can just see your monitor set up in the living room, and you sitting out on the street editing pictures in Photoshop

LOL, Almost jelpee. Actually, I have the computer set up in the den. I have a corner desk with plenty of leg room. I use my recliner chair with a lap board for the wireless mouse and keyboard. From my eyes to the monitor is about 4 feet. I often spend 6 to 8 hours a day on the computer so comfort is of utmost importance!
