Default Spring in Wisconsin

Unlike the Southwest, spring here is missing the flowers, which won't be here for at least another month at best. Here spring starts with the melting of snow and food that has been hidden for months being available once again.

I took this at sunset just when the deer start to come out of the woods looking for food.

Lighting is fabulous in that pix...also the contrast between the deer and the grain stubble. Very nice.

Hi, Tom! Another one of your awesome pictures, the light really was perfect for this. How was your winter? It didn't make the news much, unlike so many other places in the country.

Beautiful ligting. The image looks like a pattern of sorts with the rows of corn stalks and the deer interspersed among it.

Good one Tom!
Judging from the photo they all heard it but, only one knew where that shutter click came from.

I agree with all the previous comments. That's a really nice pic, with perfect lighting.

Very nice. It reminds me of the day after deer season.
