Default Few shots with a Pentax-F 50mm f/1.7

Bought this one to do the upcoming wedding of my granddaughter. I wanted a fast 50mm but couldn't see my way clear to pay for a Pentax-FA 50 1.4. They have just gone through the roof with their price. Anywho, I believe this one will do. Just a few quick snapshots and some crops of them.

The birdfeeeder and the hanging glass butterfly decoration show that this lens produces nice bokeh, which will serve you well for the upcoming wedding. You also have some close ups that show the lens has good close focusing abilities. Can't say I'm crazy about the close up of the bird droppings, but the lens did a nice job of showing them!

I am sure this lense will do you justice! Great photos! Hope the wedding goes well. I hear what you're saying about prices going through the roof.

I have the same lens too. It is one of the fast 50mms . You should be able to make max use of its merit

p.s. my F50mm F1.7 is temporarily on loan to my daughter to let her get used to a fixed F L lens and field of view
