These are really lovely photos - excellent composition, wonderful color and light, but best of all is the great capture of their lovely personalities shining through! Thanks for sharing!

I'll echo what everyone has already said. Beautiful young ladies and and a grandfather that knows his stuff when it comes to photographing them.

Thank you Ned. It is not my sharpest one but it is Auto focus which you need for children. LOL

If the first photo is not your sharpest one... oh, man, what is?

Hey, you have a 16-45 as I remember... have you tried a portrait shot at 45 mm? The 16-45 is a better price at the moment than the 17-70.

Again, good work in capturing some real personality and expression... You do such a great job with photos!

Sorry Ned but I do not have a 16-45. I only know what my friends here and on other forums have said about it and the quality of the photos I've seen taken with it. Supposed to be a very good lens.

#1 is my favorite and the last one, on the swing with the green shirt,
come in second.
