Default First usage Pentax K-x

As promised,
my first pictures with the Pentax K-x.
I was a bit in a hurry today so I did not have the chance to make any decent pictures, everything is in the auto mode
BTW this is the first time I used a dslr so please don't be too harsh with your comments
The pictures were taken in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.

Have a nice day,

Carlo

All look good with the third one a bit out of focus. The post process done by Ordo is a bit much for my liking.

I would look at working on the white balance a bit, I would manual choose a cloudy day over using AWB. And a little post production does help out.

In the near future I will try to dig somewhat deeper into the world of photography and try to make some better pictures.
I also need to look into post-processing.
Feel free to give me tips

Welcome to the forum. I would say these are quite good for first day out with a new camera, much less first day with a dslr. Never hesitate to ask for help around here; there are a lot of really high quality people who really know photography and Pentax equipment. Almost to a man, or woman, they are more than happy to try to answer any question.
