Default Elves do exist!

Just look into the eyes of your children and grandchildren.

Spectacular portrait. What a mix of innocence and intention.
You did a great job sharpenning eyes and lips.

Great capture. This young child looks like she is about ready to cast a spell on me. I'm out of here..

Don't know how you do, Ed. Boy, your granddaughter is very photogenic! Great capture! I am sure you will do really well at the upcoming wedding you mentioned earlier.

All the best.

Such pretty eyes that can look so menacing. And, that smirk on her face just tells it all.

Wonderful job. Patty

Thanks to all. She really is sweet and not an evil bone in her body. But that look just grabbed me.

superb photo.

How were you able to isolate the sharpness from eyes and lips from the rest of the picture? did you use a hand tool to blur the rest?

I would have acheived this effect by blending a duplicated layer on top with a blur effect and set it to particular blend mode in PS to get the glowing orton effect you have on your highlightsm but as far as isolating the dark edges of the eyes and teh lips, how was this done?
