Thanks again. However, I don't agree with you, Kjell. I just post the better ones, forgetting about all of the others (and there's tons of others!). In fact, I think my true keeper rate has gone down - since I take tons of pictures (almost every day), I've gotten much pickier about them. There's just so much more to learn, and I don't always get the opportunity to put new ideas into action, before I forget them. And I do still make many mistakes over and over - I've just gotten better at compensating.
The kite took more work than I usually put into my pictures - the two streamers were about the same tone as the sky, which was a bit underexposed. So I separated the kite and tails on their own layer, lightening the sky more so that the tails would stand out more. Then I also added a bit more saturation to the kite, not sure it really needed it as it was very bright as it was. I don't normally put in quite as much work - separating the two wing streamers took more effort and time than usual. But I thought it was worth it.
