Tamron 90 - NOT macro ;)

Today I was trying to get shots for the Monthly challenge and after that I strolled into the local park (this is the the Shanghai suburbs) looking for street shots. There was a skating school in progress - this looked like great fun for the children who were enjoying themselves immensely !

The little girl with her father on the motorbike ran out of bubbles in the close up .... and the tears began to flow.

Some cropping & minor PP, the close up is a 100% crop.

nice action portraits with the 90mm. Like the way the sun shine is capture off the faces of the subject.

Really nice the emotion you've captured.

Thank you Shoturtle & Paul.

I have to say I love this T90 as a portrait lens too ... even though I bought it for it's amazing macro.

One more I forgot first time .. love the look of determination !

Oh yes, that is very intense. Great capture

Glad to see Shanghai is getting some sunny days for the kids to enjoy their days. The last time I was there it was quite gray and dusty.

I can only echo the sentiments of the others. These are all good, and as good as the T90 is, it will produce nothing better than the photographer employing it. You have a great series here, my favorite pic is also the most painful for the subject--the close up of the little girl "out of bubbles". You really captured her emotion, the tear, the biting of the lip, very well done.
