Not overly pleased with these. They could be sharper, in better focus and the lighting could be better. And, I've done better work.

My customer likes them, however.

Enjoy

Yeah but, look at the fun you have shooting, even if you don't think they're your best. As long as the client likes them, that's the main goal. An you learn what you can do to make more successful. I think I mentioned my daughter is doing some modeling, yesterday she called to let me know she was going to do a shoot for the cover shot of a romance novel. just thought I play the proud father and brag a little.

Yes Sir, you should brag. I think you posted a photo of your daughter when you told us she was modeling. A proud Dad, I'd say you are.

And, YES, I'm having fun. However, 65 y/o is a little late to be starting a new career.

It's never too late for a fresh start fella, especially as you are getting the results showing you can do it!

Brilliant shots, I would be more than happy with these.

I might get the opportunity to do something similar for a friend in work.

Aw, never to old as long as you can press the shutter!
You know the old saying, "photographers don't grow old and quit, they quit and grow old!"

Growing old is inevitable. Growing up is optional.

Will not comment on the "old" comments, but it is obvious you are growing in skills as a portrait photographer. The fact that you are less than pleased with these great photos shows how much your talent is growing!
