The shots look a bit soft, did you down size your files to fit the board. Under 256k and no larger then 1024x1024

Ground zero and time square is just a bustling area.

I downsized the photos (1024x728) to fit the board and must admit that they don't look even close to the originals. I think that all of New York is bustling.

I normally post it 900x720 and lower the quality to keep it around 160k. If the file exceeds the 256k mark, the board eats up the file and make them look way to soft.

The weather was all over the map sunny, to really cloudy and therefore the lighting would differ most of the time. Also the tall buildings made it very difficult to get whatever light was there on cloudy days. I used a Pentax 18-55mm DA lens and a Zenitar 16mm.
