I have essentially everything I need lens wise. For a smaller size the only thing comes to mind is maybe a DA21 Ltd. That would be a luxury want, as I have the focal length covered already.

I still need a arca swiss clamp for my second tripod setup and for my Nodal Ninja setup. This way everything would be fully interchangeable.

I need to make a decision on stitching and stacking software utilities.

Otherwise, I am just fine - other than its too stinking hot to go take pictures.

And here we have the marine layer in big-time and it was pretty dark out when I got done at the gym this morning. Classes are about to start and I thought the weather was appropriate for that. Of course, it'll probably change in a couple of days, we haven't had any Santa Anas yet.

Main thing I want is for my good little K-M to last as long as possible - already over 50,000 shutter clicks in less than 1 1/2 years!

I thought I might see more K5s and the new DA*18 - 135 WR on people's lists.

Also no MF or other legacy lenses I see !

A fast 300 or 400mm could be MF. In fact it most likely would have to be since otherwise I'd be looking at a few grand for just one lens.

Not that anyone who could make it is listening, but my wish list would include an 18-135 f2.8. It would make my life as a newspaper reporter so much easier.

Realistically need ...

You mean, apart from replacing the kit glass (18 - 55) that came with the GX-10 and a Bigma (because I love long lenses) and a fast F1.7 50mm?

Well, I think I'd start with the K-5 plus kit lenses. In fact, I might just do that! Or at least start saving for one. Should be able to afford one of those in a decade or so (I'm not very good at that saving lark - keep spending it on other things).

In the real world, I think the fast 50mm might be a real purchase at some point

I did not mean it as a joke. Why this range, or close to it, does not exist is a mystery to me.
