The hike back down was much qicker (puppies were in a hurry to get home to supper!) but just as scenic. A great little 13-14 mile hike in the high country - sure hope you enjoyed it too, and will share your comments & critique!

amazing as always, that first monarch caterpillar is phenomenal, something about the composition with him twisting around the leaf.

Well done, your last landscape is magnificent

Kevin - You are too quick for me - posted before I finished the series. Glad you liked these - but don't try pickling pickerel frogs, they are mildly poisonous...

Ronny - Thanks so much. I spent a lot of time trying to get that shot right (poor dogs were getting very impatient). Not quite happy with it yet...
