Ash, if you come to Florida, and don't look me up I'd be pretty ticked!

Patty, funny you should mention the snake, He kept ask how to get to your house!

Hey Tony. no, not this time we have them show up once in a while but, if my dog sees one she clears the out pretty fast! This one I found along side the trail at the preserve.

Okay, GW. I take my the excusing you for posting a snake shot. You'd better hope that snake is slow. He won't want to come up this way anyway. It was near freezing last night. Ha! You'll be getting him back.

Very nice set. Thanks for sharing the hawk shots, I love seeing them in the wild but never have been able to get a shot of one with decent IQ.

Even after all these years, I can just smell that Cypress swamp! And that Spanish Moss draped Oak hammock! Brings back memories.

Great shot of that curious Black Racer.

Thanks for posting these.

Hey guys, thanks so much for all the kind remarks!

Mole, that means a lot to me, coming from you.

Pen, I know what you mean, I find it works like aroma therapy... very relaxing.

Oh Patty... they don't call them black racers for nothing!

A most entertaining series, GW. Your surroundings sure are different from ours. We had frost on the lawn this morning.

Thank you Kjell,
Yes, and there's a reason I moved here... I hate cold weather!
