Default apple orchard

Yesterday was my roommate's birthday, so we borrowed a dog and went to an apple orchard. there were no good apples left on the trees, but we were allowed to wander the orchard as much as we wanted. it was beautiful:

Those bare apple trees make the photos look almost like pointillist paintings! Nice work. I didn't get out to shoot much this fall. I even had to work both days this weekend! Plus it it was a lousy foliage season in New Jersey this year.

Vole - great skies! As Biro said, very interesting lines in the bare apple trees. Really nice color and detail on the Bittersweet berries, the morning glory seeds, and the sassafras leaves. And what a happy, tired dog!! Now if you could just post a tasty slice of that apple pie here for each of us...
