the sumacs are really pretty!
of the two wood with the barbed wire, i think that the second one is much better, mostly because of the lighting. the first one i think just looks a little bit flatter, because of the lack of variety in the lighting. the second one's lighting is just beautiful.
i love the wispy spider webs on the berries. (also, nice composition on both)
i feel weird saying that i don't like one of your photos (yikes! i can't believe myself ) but, the second "lovely little stream". i don't know why, but something about the lighting, or the color of the photo looks a little unnatural, especially presented beside the first one, which has those rich browns in the leaves and the water, which the second photo is lacking.
the waterfalls are all pretty, but that last one. wow. i think it is your thinking about framing the falls, i love how you do that. some people try to photograph waterfalls with their surroundings and lose the focus on the waterfall itself, but you photograph a waterfall with its surroundings, and use the surroundings to draw the viewer in to the waterfall, keeping it the main focus. (but, maybe that's just my opinion...)

Wizzard - Thanks for your kind words. Glad you enjoyed the "guided tour!"

MtnMan - So glad to hear you enjoyed the hike. Hope to meet you "out on the trail" one of these days...

Vole - I really appreciate you very helpful comments. As you can tell, I was playing around a bit with lighting (it really was a bad day for harsh light) and post-processing on some of these. It worked for some, didn't for others. Now if I can only remember how I did the ones that did work....
