Default I Miss Him

Dear Friends,

I have sad news, my Father passed away on the 17th October after a hard year of steady decline, but now he is in peace.
He was 86 years old and I was his full time carer for the last 13 years.

Dad always hated his photo being taken, but here are are a couple from a year or so ago.

I miss him so very much

Rodney

Most saddening news, Rodney. It's comforting, though, to know that he spent his last years in a loving and caring environment. Now don't forget to take care of yourself and the ones still with you.

Rodney, I am so very sorry for your loss. I know the same loss after losing my dad at age 85, in 2002 to pancreatic cancer. I still miss him. God bless and my best wishes to you and your family.

I can only join with what has been said above. My father died 10 years ago and I miss him dearly. May God in Christ give you comfort.

Rodney,

I'm so sorry to hear of this sad news. Having been through two horrible years now of my mom and dad one and my own medical issues the second, I can't imagine what you must have been going through for the past 13 years. I'm sure he was very thankful to have you all that time.

Please know that you and the family will be in my thoughts and prayers. And, as Kjell said, don't forget to take care of yourself now.

Patty

I'm sorry to hear of your loss. No matter how much we think we are prepared, it's always a shock and hard to deal with. I love that first picture, you should be justly proud of it. He's sure to be watching over you right now.
