X-Box, Forza and the force feedback wheel and pedals are also for me to practice driving since I don't do that up here, in fact I rarely get to ride in a car. Here we walk almost everywhere.

Ha! Very funny Lisa. Actually, they do, I have a friend that rides his wing year round in Minnesota and stays warm as toast with his battery powered heated pants, jacket and gloves.

There are days when I'd sure like battery powered socks - my feet are always cold!

Wow, you should visit here!!!

BTW thanks to all who have replied, communicating with like-minded individuals about a similar interest makes isolation much more bearable. I still miss my family but I really feel I have true friends here. As I mentioned in a post a while back, the only one I have met has been Daniel but it seemed we knew each other quite well before we even met. Anytime after June 2011, if you can find your way to Newfoundland please look me up, I am in Gander which is on the Trans Canada Highway and I would really like to meet any of you who can make it. If any of you make it to Tuktoyaktuk (highly unlikely) before the end of June 2011, check for me at Mangilaluk School, I would love to meet you.

I really like the second one. Really makes you look at the details that you see every day, but don't "see".
