Hey, Ned.
I just had to play with it a little. Of course I couldn't do a whole lot with a low res image but, I boosted the blues a little. only took a minuet.
Under "adjustments" I used "selective colour" and adjusted the blue and cyan.
I see it changes a bit when re-posting but, you get the idea.

Layers are really not that mysterious. It all sounds more intimidating than it really is, best thing to do is just play around for a while. Ronny's edit is very nice!

I had a feeling I had seen this photo before... then i checked my archives and saw that i did! I had attempted to edit it back in early august.
