Default kaleidoscope

mtngal has gotten me thinking about color, and so i pulled out my kaleidoscope to play with it.

Very nice! How did you shoot these? I always think of kaleidoscopes as being too small to photograph. And yes, GW is right, that's creative and thinking outside the box.

Results seem too noisy for my tastes but having never tried this I have no idea how you did it, maybe unavoidable. It is a brilliant idea, keep playing with it.

Reminds me of the time I did beads in a box.. next I will do some buttons and so forth... Greta shots I miss mine I had I need a new one I will get my self one come Jan...

Some great colors & patterns here Vole! Nicely captured! I wonder if a little "curves" action in Gimp might make them "pop" more...
