Nice job with the pano. Love the building and the open Feng Shui design. Do the crossovers act as walkways between the buildings?

Basically I jogged 3 times a week on 26 skybridge

Very nice!

Braver man than me, I wouldn't jog anywhere near where I live, mostly because I am so out of shape I wouldn't want my neighbors to see me gasping for breath after the first 1/4 of a lap.

Thanks for viewing and all your kind word
Yesterday I attended a seminar about how to Cancer proof your body.
Seminar was conducted by Dr. Steven Tucker.
The conclusion:
1. Eat Smart
2. Quit smoking
3. Moderate Exercise
4. Stay connected
5. Have a purpose of life.
6. Avoid stress and depression.

Our body is built to stay active, so in this modern world, seem almost every one is glue to computer for longer hour.
In order to balance that, exercise become very important factor.
Hope can be some our new year resolution
