Wow, pretty impressive setup GW. I'm not very handy when it comes to tools, so I'm infinitely impressed with waht you put together from discounted and/or discarded stuff. I shudder to think what I would come up with if I disassembled a store-bought halogen lamp, and tried to re-assemble it into what you did! I'm certain it would be ugly as can be, and I suspect it would be a fire hazard to boot!

GW, I'm astounded at what you build from odds and ends. I still recall the BBQ on wheels with a trailer hitch that you built awhile ago.

Those studio lighting aids are excellent.

I've never had your resourcefulness or ability to design and build useful items. My father did, but I suppose it skipped me.

Thanks guys, for all the complements.
Les and Ted, I think you guys cut yourselves short. I think if you tried it, you'd be surprised how well you could do.

Hey Phil, I'm pleased you found it useful.
I posted some pics from a shoot I did a couple weeks ago in a thread called "first try at portraits" I'm still learning so, go easy on me.
I needed a key light in front to balance things out.

Life's a breeze on a Goldwing...
