BluSky - Glad you enjoyed the "old home" scenery!

Last shot is of Dogbane pods. At one time, botanists considered them to be in the milkweed genus. They are now considered a separate, but related group. Main difference is that dogbane plants branch, milkweeds don't. Also dogbane pods are very thin, almost like sticks. But Monarch Butterfly caterpillars can eat leaves of either one!

i don't know how you do it, but i always love your barn shots. (nearly always, i guess.) that second one is great. and most of the time, having to scroll through a photo, seeing it in this forum, is a bit annoying, but for that second barn photo, it adds an element of surprise : )
also, i love the last one... you know i always want to take that photo when i am near wispy seeds : )
