Great Blue Heron infants on nest in Wakodahatchee Wetlands. One is testing it's wings.

They are at that awkward stage - they can't lift weights to build muscle, so this is the next best thing! You are doing a good job of documenting the early days in the life of the birds in this wetland. Thanks for all your posts.
