Default Elegance is an Attitude

Taken at the Keelung (Taiwan) night market.

You're a braver man than I - really nice candid shot!

I love the juxtaposition. Very humorous.

Jim

Love your candid shot. Not many people can put up with in your face type of shot.
Looks like the spring roll (?) was more in focus than the subject. Did you do spot focus?

Thanks for the comments.
This shot was cropped quite a bit, and yes, as Daniel pointed out I missed the focus. I'm not all that brave, the subject is my wife. And I didn't set this up, I didn't notice the sign in the background until after I cropped while post processing.

BTW - those aren't spring rolls; this stand was selling pork innards, etc. We were eating eel soup at the time - very tasty! Keelung is a port city on the Pacific with a nice variety of sea food.

Following is a photo taken in Taipei on Bo-Ai Road - "Camera Store Street", however there were no bargains to be found.

Well. I know what you mean. Candid for the wives can turn up as evidence in court hearing for divorce That would have been worse than candid for strangers.
I had not been in southern Taiwan for 20 years. Last year I went to the mainland side opposite to Taiwan only. I missed the street food stalls of southern Taiwan. I recall we were eating out (snack mainly) non stop day and night for 3 days.
