Default Sprin has Come

It can be dangerous to declare spring in Mount Shasta as anything can happen weather wise. It is however, really feeling like we're there. Mount Shasta has snow almost all year so it stays beautiful. The buds are blooming and the snow is gone from the city. From our backyard.

Hi pboerger,

Okay, from a foot of snow on the ground to blooming trees -- now you're way ahead of us. We're just seeing the first buds in the trees. . .

Great juxtaposition with the snowy mountain -- definitely jealous of the view. . .

That is quite a view! I agree with Scott - while I love our mountains, they are not as spectacular as yours.

What a great view - and nicely photographed as well! Glad to see "spring has sprung" in your region.
