Really like the composition of the shot, those verticals with that grass below is great.

I might have another view for the color and exposure.
I agree that the first is a bit to saturated and white, but not so much as you have turned it down in your second version.

I've placed the second one on top of the first and with an opacity of 30% found my best version.

Again it's more a feeling than anything else but white birch has to be white enough for me.
