Default K10D lens with HSM

Did a search and could not find anything, so I will ask this question. Will a lens like the 150-500 sigma HSM, auto focus with the K10D?

Yes, as long as the camera is running the latest firmware. As I recall, the original firmware for the K10 camera does not support SDM, it was added in a later firmware. The K100 (non-super version) and earlier cameras won't AF with the Sigma as I think the lens can only focus with the HSM motor and earlier the earlier models don't have the right contacts.

Mine does - I have a DA*50-135 and have used it often on my K10D.

I did do the firmware upgrade.
