Default Shooting sharp stars with new GPS module

Using GPS to shoot "sharp" stars.

Not getting one but really cool use of new GPS.

I've been following this item with interest, but I'm not sure how much astrophotography I'm likely to do. However, today I imported a bunch of pictures I took hiking into Lightroom. As they were importing I keyworded them and felt very proud of myself for getting ahead of things. Then it occurred to me that I hadn't yet downloaded the track from today or geotagged the shots. Went back and did that - Lightroom then said I had a choice - keep the geocoordinates or the keywords, but I couldn't keep both. So I had to keyword the photos a second time (sigh!).

I'd really like one. I'm fascinated by it. But I can't quite justify getting one as I do have other geotag alternatives and don't really need it. But it sure sounds like a creative, cool device and so far the initial reports have been pretty positive.
