Go to page 340 in the manual. There are instructions for removing dust from the sensor using the ultrasonic vibrations. I used it on my K20 once and it worked great. No need to touch the sensor.

I tried the shaker, and it won't budge it. It will have to be swabbed as my Rocket Blower won't remove it either.

It did take a few attempts on my K20 to remove some stubborn ones. I was about to quit and tried one more time and that did it.
