Probably no, but can videos work? Sorry, I'm in the car right now on a very bumpy road. Not retyping.

Not a lot of Xmas stuff going on in China so I struggled for this one but my entry is my presents to my wife (without the children we don't really 'do' Xmas other than going out, but I still like to buy her a little something) which was a porcelain doll holding a bunch of roses and I positioned him sitting inside her bouquet of lilies which we both love !

I may decide to change this entry later on (there's one that I might prefer) but for some reason I like this shot.

It's January now, so I'll start. There were several great entries this month, and as always it was not an easy choice. I'm casting my vote for mtngal's photo. I love the thoughtful look an her face.

Ok. Even though there aren't that many submissions this month, this is really hard. I like each one for a different reason.

But, in the end, I think I'm going to go for Harriet's (mtngal) photo. It's simple. But, you can just see her thinking of all her Christmas wraps from the past.

I think I'm going to go for Glen's (Lyrics) Xmas pressies though I like the feel of Mtnman's dog, tree and presents too.

Every picture posted offers something different, and I like them all. I'm like Patty, making a decision is difficult.

Ronny's lensbaby shot is very cool - I've always been fascinated in what you can do with one.

Glen's picture is another classic, and the snowmen among the presents really adds fun to it.

Mtnman's unconcerned dog reminds me so much of the dog we used to have - the only thing different between his pictures and some I have of past Christmases is that my Golden's favorite spot was a couch instead of a chair.

Paul's leftover paper is similar to the one I had thought of posting, always amazing to me how quickly the beautiful paper and wrapping is forgotten.

Love the bokeh of frogfish's shot, it's a lovely shot.

And Ira's family is sure having a great time. And a very interesting, unusual perspective.

All of the shots are worthy of a vote. But since I only can vote for one shot, I'm going to vote for Glen's (Lyrics) fun shot.
