Default Aircraft Light Trails

I just had an idea to try this, all are 15 second exposures from sometime soon after when the lights of the planes come into sight. Taken right in front of the landing runway at Hong Qiao airport in Shanghai. *Frustrating is not the word, it was around one second after the planes cleared the trees in front of me to them flying over my head and trying to time that was .... aagh !

ISO 80, RAW, 15 Secs, Contax Zeiss 28 at f8.

Cool! I love them. Never thought of trying something like this with planes, I've only done this sort of thing with cars. These are far more interesting.

I seldom do this kind of long exposure shooting but really like what you have achieved. I will have to give it a try. I like the subject matter you chose as well.

I love the Shanghai Airport; the architecture is wonderful and very photogenic. The Maglev train is an awesome way to get there.
