Default K5 Hand Held HDR

I was taking photos at sunrise on the beach. Was not planning to use HDR so I left my tripod in the car. The K5 manual claims more correction in HDR mode so I decided to try Hand Held with camera set to Automatic HDR setting. That is how I took the first three photos. I was surprised with the results, out of seven attempts only one resulted in a blurry photo. The last two photos were raw files, exposure braketing, with five images hand held and processed in Photoshop CS5. Fort Lauderdale Florida Beach by Anglins Fishing Pier.

Great shots, I'm sure I don't use that enough.

Excellent results!

I have tried handheld HDR with my K-7 and it is almost impossible (for me at least)

Wow! Great results! Guess I'll have to try it. The one time I tried handholding an HDR with the K7 it was such a disaster, I didn't try it again. You've made me re-think it.

Indeed surprisingly good results with the handheld HDR - looks even better than the tripod plus PP!
