Belated but heartfelt congratulations to Pboerger for last month's win!

Great topic for this month (at least for those of us in the Northern Hemisphere)! I have far too many to choose from!!

But what could say springtime better than Blackberry vines in bloom, and female White Tail Dragonflies emerging...

At the very least, it's a placeholder.

Taken yesterday, and what I couldn't capture was the fact that as it's Spring, it was raining! So I stayed indoors and shot from the dryness of an open patio door.

Default Calendar girl.

If she has green leafs it is summer. If she has red and yellow leafs is is fall. If it is brown and wet (some times white) it is winter. But if she has yellow flowers it has to be spring!

A Hummingbird at the feeder is a sure sign of spring.

Default Spring series

Well I was also shooting flowers but our spring series of races started so I am going to use one of those shots. This is the first time I took a DSLR ~ K2000 ~ DA 18-135. The races are on lake St Clair quite a large lake between Lake Huron and the Detroit River.
