Default Purple Gallinule Feeding

This was a bit far for good photography but was funny to watch. This Gallinule was trying to eat flowers from a Fireflag Plant in Green Cay Wetlands. The further up the branch it climbed the further it bent away from the bird until it was upside down.

Those are very nice captures. Telling a story makes them even nicer.
I see you shot some with ISO 800 and I don't see noise.
Do you shoot high ISO with confidence it is not noisy?

My experience with the K5 is low noise to ISO 1600. The K5 is as good at ISO 1600 as my K7 was at ISO 800, my experience, no technical measurments.

Ha ha fun series and a lovely looking bird.

I'd never use my K7 over 400 if I didn't want noise, though usually 800 was erasable.
On the K5 I've maxed it out at 3,200 but try to keep it to 1,600 or lower.
