Default Brookgreen Garden Butterflies

Spent the day at Brookgreen Gardens south of Myrtle Beach. They have a great butterfly pavilion.

Thanks for looking -- all shot with K5 and 100wr

Thanks Frogfish. I have no idea what kind of butterfly #1 is but the pavilion is a great place to visit.

Love them all! Such pretty butterflies! I hope that either mole or penolta will come by and identify them. They are all so interesting!

Great lighting on some great butterflies! Great color & sharpness as well.

Kevin - Sorry, I've been very busy with some work "out in the field" as well as preparing for training for our park system's summer interns. Do not know #1 or 2 (not native in our area), but #3 is Painted Lady, #4 Buckeye.

Thanks everyone. The monopod worked great with the K5 and the 100wr.
