I like Moles a lot, but something about Frogfish's eyes I really like and so I will vote for him.

Too many great choices! Some wonderfully expressive human eyes, as well as some amazing animal eyes...owls, green frogs, flies...which to choose...

Dane/Dawg's Eagle has such an intense stare, so well (and sharply) captured. My vote goes for him.

Well no photo finish to this one - a very deserving and clear cut victory for Mole and that wonderful 'laugh out loud' shot !

There were some excellent entries all over (and I was pleased at the number of entries - an easy subject and lots of people found shots they could enter) though I have to say that I thought we might get rather more 'eclectic' entries that we did, and so Simon's (Simowills) entry was another that appealed to me particularly, for exactly that reason.

Finally just a word of reprimand. I was really disappointed that many people didn't show up to vote. You can see who was posting in other threads but for one reason or another didn't bother to vote (or just plain forgot too, it happens - though that's hard if, like me, you skim down all the threads each time you enter the forum). Very poor show chaps and lassies who didn't vote and well done to everyone who did !

And with that ringing in your ears it's over to Mole to set the August topic !
