Some cool action shots there ! Enjoyable viewing.

Some do look a little soft though - I'd suggest that your shutter speed of 1/1250 may not high enough, it looks like motion blur, and it's worth trying 1/1600 - 1/2000 next time.

Thanks Frogfish.

I'll try to increase the speed next time.

On the softness front, let me ask - how much did you crop these photos? That's also a big contributor to softness in action shots - especially when you're at 300mm with a lens like that.

JohnG, I realize that is exactly what is going on, also the low cuality for the web upload help on this.

Tonight I will upload a couple, no crop and full size, will see how it look.

Please chak out the post later and coment.

Armando - Some great shots - really puts the viewer up close to the action!

When you upload photos that are bigger than the forum limits, the forum software automatically resizes them, and they usually come out soft. Try resizing (I usually use Irfanview for sharp results) to just under the size limits, and see if they come out sharper on the forum...

These photos make me feel like I was right there. (And on my laptop, they look plenty sharp.) Those guys must be nuts!

Love the action shots, that's quite something. I'd like to watch that sometime, from your shots they must do all sorts of amazing tricks.
