Default Pennsylvania vacation

Spent our vacation again this year at Prince Gallitzin State Park in PA, near Altoona. Rented a modern cabin and the kids had a great time. That's all that matters. And I had time to take some photos as well.

Nice picture of the sun's rays! Did you get out to the Horseshoe Curve in Altoona?

We visited it last year along with the museum, the Gallitzin Tunnel, the Allegheny Portage Railroad, and the Johnstown Flood museum. This year it was just relaxing and visiting family and friends while we were there. My father-in-law has cousins who live near Asheville where we were fishing in their pond. My kids have lost interest in train things for the most part which is another reason we didn't go.

Looks like a very pleasant place. I love the sunbeams shining through the mist.

As you said, kids having a great time is most important. But some very nice photos taken too!

Nice fish! But my two favorites are the sunrays and the early morning lake picture. Looks like a wonderful spot to spend a week.
