Default Snake

While at the ultra light fly-in this AC cobra was in the parking area and attracted a lot of gawkers (myself included).

You definitely had me fooled with the topic of this thread! Nice photos of a classic sports car. Is this the same as a Shelby Cobra?

What a beautiful car! Can't imagine owning one, though - I'm sure the owner spends hours and hours keeping it so beautiful.

AC made lightweight aluminum sports cars in GB. They were in financial trouble and Carol Shelby convinced them to mount a Ford 8 cylinder small block in it and it became the Shelby Cobra and thus saved AC form bankruptcy and gave ford a car to go up against the Corvette.

Thanks everyone! Glad you enjoyed this delightful automobile. Also glad I was able to spoof you all with the title.
