Lots of nice shots here, I like the yacht & buttefly shots as being representative of the subject but think Lou's sunflowers encapsulates it best, as well as being a fine photo.

n.b. Thanks NMR

Another month of excellent entries, which makes it very hard to choose. All entries are fantastic, but Lou's sunflowers, Hans' sailing shot, and Ira's very humorous "walking on water" shot particularly stand out to me. To me, the one that just screams out "summer" is Lou's sunflowers, with that magnificent sky. His image gets my vote.

Tough to pick from this collection of wonderful shots. I love the little boy on the beach and the campsite on the cliff, but Keltech's sunflower field is such a special composition, it gets my vote.

Another month of a bunch of fabulous shots. This gets harder each month. I love the beach shots, butterflies, flowers, baseball..... All remind me of summer. But, I'm drawn to Lou's sunflower pano.

So, my vote goes to Lou (keltech).

I agree with others that there is a lot to pick from this month. The one that says summer to me though is Han's sailing shot. I have liked this shot since it was first posted earlier this year. You can almost feel the action and the framing of the other racers under the spinnaker make this an outstanding photo.

All great but Lou's sunflowers are my winner.

I would say Lou is the winner unless people still want time to vote, so its his turn to pick the next challenge..

For me it's Ronny's boy on the beach, now that is summer.
