Haven't used this much the past few years-forgot how much it can do.

Lake Wyola State Park in Shutesbury, Mass. Ist DS using DA 16-45 Sunpak Circular Polarizer. ISO 400

Beautiful! You know i have a few of these (for diff filter sizes) but rarely use em. In fact, Ive got like 50 real nice filters Ive acquired over the years and haven't used any of them lately.

I think you inspired me to help rediscover mine as well.

I have a love-hate relationship with mine, they can do some awesome things, as you've shown here, but they can do lousy things too, when used wrong.

Great photo, and great illustration of the value of polarizer for wonderful skies in landscapes. Also very useful for flowing water (cut glare and slow shutter speed). Have been using mine more often for wildflower shots lately too, to take some glare off foliage and bring out richness of color.

Nice Picture, I use mine a lot for landscapes and other time when I want to heighten color or reduce glare. Generally speaking if the light is not behind you or in front of you the CP filter works well.
