Default A Walk In the Park

We have this forest trail tucked in on the edge of the city park wide grassy play areas. I've rediscovered it with my grandson. It's only about 1/3 mile long but quite lovely. The falls is the legendary actual, claim to the city's fame, headwaters of the mighty Sacramento River that slakes the thrist of tens of millions of Californians. The river does begin from the snow in our mountains, but it just a bit of a stretch to say this is the true beginning.

This looks like a great place for a hike.

I think the last is my favorite too.

Great series and a nice display of "your Neighborhood". I also like the converging trees.
