Wow, the reflections are phenomenal, and the backgrounds, being un-landscaped, make it look like you were deep in the wilds. Great shots!

I agree with mtnman, great reflection of such an elegant bird. The ripples on the right side of pic 1 really adds another element to the image.

Love the reflections! Egrets are one of my favorite birds because they are so elegant. Your pictures do a good job of showing them off.

Thanks all for the kind comments, I was glad the bird let me shoot for a while and continued it's hunting. I was hoping to get an action shot but is was not to be.

An elegant bird, a lush background, and clear reflections - such a fine combination! And it's so hard to photograph pure white birds with accurate exposure...
