Wow Ira, these are fabulous. Did you have to do any noise reduction in post processing? I remember my K100 as being remarkably good at high ISOs, but not quite that good! I love how, in the second image, you focused on the hand rather than the face. I don't think that would have occurred to me.

Cool pictures! I still occasionally get out the K100, it really was an outstanding camera. I like your focus on the second one, but like the first one better for some reason. Can't tell you why though.

Nice series Ira. Ditto on the K100, I Still use mine and love that camera. I also like #1 best.

I like number 2. It's outstanding use of bokeh to tell a storyand evoke emotion.

I ran the images through Noiseware, and then did some adjustments in PSE6. Thanks for the comments, the old K100 just makes nice looking images. I know the K20 is better but there is a "look" to the K100 images that I find hard to describe but really appeals to me. All of the 6MP Pentaxes had it (I also owned a *istDL and a *istDS which also had that "something").
