Default K5 II review on Steve's

Took a quick look at the review, but didn't really concentrate on details. I did take a look at the sample pictures, though, and it seems the indoor test shots with the M&M man, taken without flash, are quite underexposed.
Any ideas why this would be the case?

Since I'm not in the market for a new camera body, I hadn't looked at the review until just now. You're absolutely right -- the outside photos appear nicely exposed but the indoor shots without flash are clearly underexposed. It looks like it could be corrected very easily by adjusting a few sliders in post, but I have no idea why the camera would do this.

I looked again, and compared to a couple other cameras, and it appears to me that there is a strong reflection on the (iPad? or whatever) which isn't there in the other reviews. This would probably affect the exposure. Probably not a problem with the camera, but does make it look that way on casual look.
