Default K30 setting

OK, I have gone through the owners manual a few times, I have gone through the settings menu/s. But for some reason I am not finding/seeing what I am looking for.

My K2000 would display the picture just taken for a few seconds right after you took it. But the K30 just has a menu display. Where is the setting to display the just taken picture after it is taken?

Thanks

There should be, though I don't have the K30. On the K5 it is in the rec. menu (my owners manual says Rev. Mode 5) and is called instant review. Default is 1 sec. but you can set other intervals.

As mtngal said there is a setting in the Record Menu, which is the first set of screens after pushing the menu button on the K30. Then press the right arrow to the 4th screen and the second item down is called "Instant Review". On this item check that the display time is not set to off. The default on my K30 is set to 1 second, but you can change it to 3 or 5 seconds, or off which yours may be set to.

If this is set correctly, then there is also different display options for image review. Take a photo. Then press the review button - while the image or information is displayed press the "info" button and you will see 5 different options, the first one is the factory default setting.

Another possibility (that I'm not sure if the K30 behaves this way) is if the battery charge is low, the instant image review right after taking the photo might not be available.

Thank you, that was it.
Don't know why I was missing it.
