Default Family;June challenge

The June challenge is "family". It doesn't have to be just people. Anything that appeals to a feeling of family. Sorry for taking so long to post this. Thank you your patience. Anyway, "family" should bring some very interesting photos(as usual). I imagine many of you already have several shots being considered.

Just an example. This is a NON pentax photo, processed in Paint Shop Photo Pro, of my folks several years ago.

Default Dinnertime squabble

Not an entry (too old), but an example of another approach.

Male Hooded Oriole and two fledglings anxiously awaiting their turn at the feeder after their father finishes.

mobil, I just love that picture and how you processed it!

I took one picture yesterday that I haven't finished processing that I might post at first. This is actually a fun topic, so many ways of interpreting it.

Thanks. It was a challenge for my limited self taught editing skills. I used the current Paint Shop Pro for that time, a couple photos from a Minolta bridge(3.2mp, I think that's what I used anyway) camera, I think three layers to combine them all. I use mostly LR4 now, will spring for LR5 in the near future. I shoot mostly raw out of my K30. Love the Pentax. Would love to see your shots.

Default Swan Family

My entry for the June Challenge...a family of Trumpeter Swans with 5 cygnets.
Sadly, two days before there were 6. Life's tough in the wild.

My son's graduating class in AME (aircraft maintenance engineering), does two years together make them family?
