Default Fun with Water Balloons

This weekend I had a wonderful visit with my youngest son and his family in Tennessee. All the cousins came over for a Fathers' Day Party, and we got a reminder of how much fun kids can have on a hot day with a hose and some water balloons

I'm not sure if this young lady was throwing this balloon, or about to get wet.... (She was also being sprayed by a hose). Note how Mama and Grandma got involved in the fun.

Quoting the "Community News" in my rural newspaper when I grew up, "A good time was had by all."

They all do look like they are having so much fun! You are right that it's easy to keep kids occupied on a hot day - just add water.
