Some fascinating entries - very different perspectives on an interesting topic!

Am almost too late - have been very busy with a big special event at the home park lately. But here's a snapshot from that event. Noticed one of the pioneer re-enactors using a digital camera. Seemed like an interesting juxtaposition of very different times!

Its well into August so here is the first vote. I'm going with MacBook's cupcake shop. It looks like it could have come from the late 1800s, although I don't know if young ladies would have worn that sort of hat!

I love both the cupcake shot and Mtngal's time exposure of the traffic at the intersection. They are both superb photos, but I think the traffic intersection best encompasses the subject of time, so that photo gets my vote.

I'm going with Mtngal's time exposure too. That does show time passing.

I too am voting for Mtngal's intersection as it best shows the passing of time.

Mole's sci-fi like time-traveler clearly exemplifies the passage of a greater span of time, datable both to beginning and end, than any of the others, so I will go with his. Neat photo, too.

Well we seem to have a tie! Macbook's cupcake shop and mtngal's intersection. I will check back this evening to see if there are any more votes since I really don't want to be the deciding vote.

Well, no responses leaves it up to me. I think that MacBook has done a marvellous job of creating an image with a period feel but mtngal's intersection shows time passing very effectively. Mtngal is this challenge winner.
