Default Q on a sailboat race

I crew on a friends boat and had the Pentax Q and 01 out on last nights race, all shots after sunset. This poor guy made some mistakes and it cost him the lead over us. I normally bring a sacrificial old P&S to the races in a belt case but for some reason took the Q last night. We are quite busy and need both hands most of the time so not too many opportunities for photos but many chances for camera damage. I was sitting on the rail being ballast so I had a chance to shoot a little during the last leg, I did loose a lens cap, back to the P&S next week

Glad you had the Q along, so you could show us these great scenes of the action! All are great, but especially nice mood & color on #2.

Also glad that a lens cap is all that got lost...

Very nice! The camera and the photographer did really well. I managed to lose a body cap and back lens cap when I was looking for some small bag to use for it. Very vexing.
